These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the NKT Printworks website (nktprintworks.com) and your purchases. By using the site or placing an order, you accept these terms.

1. Parties & Scope

This website is operated by NKT Printworks ("we", "us"). "You" means any visitor or customer of the site.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse, copy, disrupt or attempt unauthorized access to it or its content.

3. Account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account.

4. Products, Prices & Availability

Our products are printed on demand. Colors and print placement may vary slightly between your screen and the final product. Prices, product details and availability are provided by our store system and may change without notice. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

5. Orders & Payment

Orders are placed and paid for through the secure Shopify checkout. A contract is formed once your order is confirmed. Prices are shown in the available store currency.

6. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are described on our Shipping page and in your order confirmation. For print-on-demand items, a production time applies in addition to shipping time.

7. Returns & Withdrawal

Returns, the right of withdrawal and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Personalized products may be exempt from the right of withdrawal as permitted by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, text, images and branding on the site belong to NKT Printworks or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

9. User Content & Personalization

If you upload a design, photo or text for a personalized product, you confirm that you own the rights to it and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or applicable law. You are responsible for the content you provide.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory statutory consumer rights.

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by Turkish law. Turkish consumers may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri) and Consumer Courts. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence are reserved.

13. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page.
