Return & Refund Policy

At NKT Printworks, customer satisfaction matters to us. Returns, withdrawal and refunds for our customers in Turkey and the European Union / European Economic Area are subject to the terms below.

1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

For non-personalized products that do not fall under a withdrawal-right exception, customers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date they receive the product, without having to provide any justification.

The withdrawal request must be communicated to us in writing or by email within the 14-day period.

After your return request is approved, the product must be sent to the specified return address.

2. Personalized & Custom-Made Products

For the following products, to the extent permitted by applicable consumer legislation, there is no right of withdrawal:

• Products with the customer's name, photo or custom text added
• Products made with a design supplied by the customer
• Products produced according to the customer's custom size, color, print or design request
• Mugs, T-shirts, sweatshirts, posters, phone cases and similar products personalized by the customer
• Other products specially prepared according to the customer's explicit instructions

This exception applies only where the product has genuinely been personalized or specially made according to the customer's request.

Products offered for standard sale in the NKT Printworks store that contain no customer personalization are not automatically treated as within this exception merely because they are printed on demand.

3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

In the following cases, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery:

• The product print is faulty
• The product arrives damaged
• The wrong product was shipped
• The wrong size or model was shipped
• The product differs significantly from the design specified in the order
• There is an obvious defect arising from production

If it is determined that the fault arose from NKT Printworks or the production/shipping process, an appropriate solution is provided at no additional cost to the customer.

Depending on the case, reproduction, replacement or a refund may apply.

The consumer's statutory rights regarding faulty or defective products are reserved.

4. Condition of the Returned Product

Products returned under the right of withdrawal are expected, to the extent possible, to be:

• unused
• unwashed
• undamaged
• not used in a way that would unnecessarily prevent their resale

Situations arising from the consumer inspecting the product to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functioning are assessed under applicable consumer legislation.

5. Returns from Turkey

For consumers in Turkey, the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation apply.

Where the right of withdrawal applies, the consumer may exercise it within 14 days from the date they receive the product.

The return method and carrier notified to the customer must be used for returns.

Return costs that, by law, cannot be charged to the consumer are not imposed on the customer.

Return costs for defective, faulty or incorrectly shipped products are covered by NKT Printworks.

6. European Union / European Economic Area Returns

For eligible distance sales in the European Union and European Economic Area, customers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal after receiving the product.

For products prepared according to the customer's personal characteristics or explicit instructions, or clearly personalized, the right of withdrawal may not apply as per legislation.

For ordinary returns made under the right of withdrawal, the return shipping cost may be borne by the customer, provided they were informed of this before the order.

If the product is faulty, defective, damaged or different from what was ordered, the necessary return shipping costs are not imposed on the customer.

Mandatory consumer rights in the customer's country of residence are reserved.

7. Refunds

Once the returned product reaches us, or the return is verified as completed under the relevant legislation, the return is reviewed.

When the return is accepted, the refund is made, to the extent possible, to the original payment method used at the time of the order.

Delays arising from the processing times of banks or payment institutions may be outside NKT Printworks' control.

Standard delivery charges that must be refunded by law are refunded in accordance with the relevant legislation.

If the customer chose a delivery method more expensive than standard delivery, the additional delivery charges may be excluded from the refund to the extent permitted by law.

8. Exchanges

For non-personalized products, exchange may be evaluated based on the product's condition and stock availability.

For custom-made products, exchange or return may not be accepted where the customer selected the wrong size, color, name, text, photo or design.

However, this limitation does not apply in cases of production error, misprint or a mistake caused by NKT Printworks.

9. Order Cancellation

Print-on-demand products may enter production after the order is placed.

If your order has not yet entered production, you can send us your cancellation request as soon as possible.

For personalized products already in production, cancellation may not be possible.

This provision does not remove the consumer's mandatory rights arising from applicable legislation.

10. Return Application

When creating a return or refund request, providing the following information will help resolve the process faster:

• Full name
• Order number
• Email address used in the order
• Reason for return
• For faulty or damaged products, photos of the product and packaging

Return Address: It will be sent to you by email after your return is approved.

Please do not send the product to an unspecified address before receiving return approval and shipping instructions.

11. Reservation of Legal Rights

This policy does not limit consumers' rights arising from mandatory consumer protection legislation in force in Turkey, the European Union, the European Economic Area or the country where the sale takes place.

In the event of a discrepancy between this policy and applicable mandatory consumer legislation, the provisions of the relevant mandatory legislation apply.
