This Privacy Policy explains how NKT Printworks collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you visit nktprintworks.com or place an order. It is prepared in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK No. 6698) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Data Controller

The data controller is NKT Printworks. For any privacy request you can reach us at hello@nktprintworks.com. (The Seller's full legal title, address, tax office/number and MERSIS number are set out in the Distance Sales Agreement.)

2. Personal Data We Collect

Identity & contact: name, surname, email, phone, delivery and billing address
Order data: products ordered, order number, order history and any personalization details you provide
Payment data: processed by our checkout/payment provider (Shopify); we do not store full card details
Account data: if you create an account, your login credentials (stored securely) and saved addresses
Technical & usage data: IP address, device/browser type, pages visited and cookie data

3. Purposes of Processing

Creating and fulfilling your orders and arranging delivery
Customer support, returns, exchanges and refunds
Account management and secure login
Meeting legal, tax and accounting obligations
Security, fraud prevention and improving the site
With your consent, analytics and marketing communications

4. Legal Bases

We process your data based on: performance of a contract (your order), compliance with legal obligations, our legitimate interests (security and service improvement) and, for analytics/marketing, your explicit consent — in line with KVKK Art. 5–6 and GDPR Art. 6.

5. Sharing of Data

We share data only as necessary to run the store and fulfil orders:

E-commerce & checkout infrastructure (Shopify)
Print-on-demand and fulfilment partners (e.g. Gelato) to produce and ship your order
Shipping carriers for delivery and tracking
Payment service providers to process payments
Public authorities where required by law

6. International Transfers

Some service providers may process data outside Turkey/the EEA. In such cases we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) as required by KVKK and GDPR.

7. Retention

We keep your data only as long as necessary for the purposes above and for the periods required by applicable tax and commercial legislation; afterwards it is deleted or anonymized.

8. Data Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access controls) to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or misuse.

9. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy. Non-essential cookies load only with your consent.

10. Your Rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 and the GDPR you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information and access, request correction or deletion, object to processing, and request that third parties be notified of corrections/deletions.
