KVKK Disclosure (Personal Data Processing Notice)

This notice is provided under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") to inform you about how NKT Printworks, as data controller, processes your personal data.

1. Data Controller

NKT Printworks — hello@nktprintworks.com. (Legal company details are set out in the Distance Sales Agreement.)

Identity and contact details
Delivery / billing address
Order and customer-support records
Payment data processed via the payment provider
Technical / usage and cookie data

3. Purposes of Processing

To conclude and perform sales contracts, fulfil and deliver orders, provide customer support, meet legal and tax obligations, ensure security, and — with your explicit consent — perform analytics and marketing.

4. Legal Grounds

Processing is based on KVKK Art. 5/6: performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests, and explicit consent for analytics/marketing.

5. Transfer of Data

Under KVKK Art. 8–9, your data may be shared with e-commerce/checkout infrastructure (Shopify), print and fulfilment partners, shipping carriers, payment providers and public authorities where legally required, including transfers abroad with appropriate safeguards.

6. Method of Collection

Your data is collected electronically through the website, order forms, your account and cookies.

7. Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)

Learn whether your data is processed and request information
Access your data and request correction or deletion
Object to processing and request that third parties be notified
Request compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing

8. How to Apply

You can submit your requests to hello@nktprintworks.com in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. We respond within 30 days.

9. Explicit Consent (Analytics & Marketing)

Analytics and marketing cookies/communications are processed only with your explicit consent, which you can give or withdraw at any time via the cookie consent banner or by contacting us.
