Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement is concluded electronically between the Seller and the Buyer for orders placed on nktprintworks.com, in accordance with Turkish Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

1. Parties

Seller: NKT Printworks — email hello@nktprintworks.com. (The Seller's legal company title, address, tax office/number and MERSIS number will be completed here by the Seller.)

Buyer: the customer whose name, address and contact details are provided during the order.

2. Subject

The subject of this Agreement is the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered by the Buyer, with the qualities and prices specified during the order and in the order confirmation.

3. Product, Price & Payment Details

The type, quantity, price, total amount, payment method and delivery details of the ordered product(s) are shown on the order summary and the order confirmation email, which form an integral part of this Agreement.

4. General Provisions

• The Buyer confirms having read and accepted the pre-contractual information and this Agreement before placing the order.
• Products are printed on demand; a production time applies in addition to the delivery time.
• The Seller is responsible for delivering the product in good condition and in accordance with the order.

5. Right of Withdrawal

For eligible products, the Buyer may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without justification, as set out in our Return & Refund Policy. The withdrawal request must be communicated within this period.

6. Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

As permitted by legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made products (e.g. items with the Buyer's name, photo, text or custom design).

7. Delivery

The product is delivered to the address provided by the Buyer, within the time stated at order and on the Shipping page, through the specified carrier.

8. Default

If the Buyer defaults on payment or the Seller cannot fulfil the order, the parties' rights and obligations are governed by applicable consumer legislation.

9. Dispute Resolution

For disputes, Turkish Buyers may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade.

10. Effectiveness

This Agreement becomes effective once the Buyer places the order and completes payment; a copy is available via the order confirmation.
